My name is Elisabeth Montcusi, and I have been dedicated to the world of health in movement for over 20 years. I am a personal trainer, a Hatha Yoga and Pilates instructor, and I teach strengthening and healthy back classes. Additionally, I conduct energy medicine sessions.

My high sensitivity allows me to connect with each person or group, whether in person or through online classes, fully adapting to their needs and accompanying the person at every moment, not only physically but also emotionally. It satisfies me and makes me happy to see, not only in personalized sessions but also at a group level, the feeling of wellbeing, harmony, unity, and inner stillness that arises after each class.

My purpose is to help you connect with the physical body, learn to listen to yourselves, and only through internal listening can you avoid injury and become aware of which part of your body needs attention, especially if there is pain. Additionally, conscious movement will help you manage the emotions you feel each day, as emotions get stuck in the physical body.
